At Next Page Publishing Inc., we operate under a hybrid publishing model that respects the rights of our authors while allowing us to deliver high-quality publishing services.

Client Ownership

Authors retain full rights to their work, including copyright, licensing, and distribution decisions.

Under no circumstances will Next Page Publishing Inc. publish, share, or distribute any manuscript or content without written approval from the author.

Any documents shared with our team are securely stored for the duration of the program and for six (6) months post-program, after which they are deleted or destroyed (unless otherwise agreed).

Company-Owned Content

The following materials are owned by Next Page Publishing Inc. and protected under copyright and trademark law:

Program materials and digital content (guides, templates, videos, etc.)

Company website, social media, designs, and proprietary resources

Coaching and/or advising recordings between the Client and any Next Page Publishing team members and/or external contractors (used for company and client reference only)

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Distribution, duplication, or modification of our content is prohibited without prior written consent.

Audiovisual Recordings

All sessions (coaching, editing, or consultation) may be recorded. Recordings are for internal use by our company team members and/or contractors and client(s) only and may not be shared externally without explicit consent from both parties.

Promotional Use

We may showcase completed projects (with author credit and appropriate tags/links) on our website and social channels. This applies to final, published works only and is intended to celebrate our shared success.

If a contract is terminated early, clients have two (2) weeks to retrieve any shared documents before they are permanently deleted.
