Please read them carefully before using our website and services.

1. Definitions

- "Author" means the legal owner of a work, or their authorized representative.

- "Work" means any original written or multimedia content in any form and format, including but not limited to books, journals, magazines, eBooks, audiobooks, podcasts, and other digital content.

2. Our Service

NPP provides a range of publishing and related services to authors, including but not limited to:

- Manuscript evaluation

- Editing, proofreading, and formatting

- Cover design, illustrations, and multimedia production

- Publishing for Print On Demand services, distribution, and sales

- Marketing, publicity, and promotion training

Our service is designed to help authors produce high-quality works that can compete in today's global publishing market. We work with both traditional and self-publishing models, depending on the author's needs and preferences.

3. Author's Rights and Responsibilities

By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

- You are the legal owner of the work, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use, publish, and distribute the work.

- The work does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of any third party.

- The work does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.

You retain all rights to your work, including copyright and ownership. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or clearances, and for paying any associated fees or royalties.

4. Payment and Royalties

Our pricing and royalty policies vary depending on the service package and the publishing model. We offer both traditional and self-publishing options, and our royalty rates can range from 10% to 70% of the net revenue, depending on the platform and the distribution channel.

We will provide you with a detailed contract that specifies the payment terms and the royalty rates for your work. We will also provide you with regular reports and payments, usually on a quarterly or biannual basis, depending on the sales and the payment cycle of our partners.

5. Termination and Dispute Resolution

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice to the other party. If we terminate this agreement, all fees collected are non-refundable. If you terminate this agreement, you may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties, depending on the service package and the publishing stage.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through
the appropriate legal avenues given the location of the publisher and author.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability, or suitability of our service. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result, and we do not assume any liability or responsibility for any errors, omissions, or damages that may arise from your use of our service.

Our liability to you for any claim or damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to such claim or damages. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
