Refunds, Cancellations & Service Guarantees Policy

Last Updated: September 2025
This policy is reviewed regularly and updated to reflect changes in technology, regulations, and best practices.

At Next Page Publishing Inc., we are committed to delivering exceptional service. However, due to the nature of our work and the customized scope of services, all processed sales are final.

Cancellation & Termination

The Company endeavors to provide the Client with a positive experience throughout the Program. However, by purchasing the Program, the Client agrees that the Company, at its sole discretion, may terminate this Agreement without refund of any money paid by Client if the Client:

- Fails to pay the amount due even after the Company’s assessment of late fees;

- Engages in derogatory, defamatory, abusive, or uncooperative behavior and/or fails to follow Program guidelines; or

- Violates any other terms of this Agreement.

If the Company terminates this Agreement under the above conditions, the Client remains liable for the cost of services rendered up to the point of termination.

If the Client seeks to terminate this Agreement due to a material failure by the Company to provide services expressly listed herein, all future payments for services not yet rendered shall be waived. However, any outstanding fees for services already rendered shall become immediately due and payable.

For any other reason, the Client may not cancel this Agreement with less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice via email to [email protected] or directly to the CEO or COO at their official company email address. Notice shall be deemed effective only upon acknowledgment of receipt by the Company.

This notice period is required to ensure adequate time for the Company to fill the now-vacant spot with another client and maintain program stability. Any attempt to cancel or withdraw without providing the required thirty (30) days’ notice shall be deemed invalid, and the Client shall remain fully liable for all fees due under this Agreement.

At the Company’s sole discretion, the Company may elect to accept an early termination request from the Client; however, unless such written acceptance is expressly provided by the Company, the thirty (30) day notice requirement remains binding and enforceable. If the Company does accept early termination, such acceptance may be made conditional upon payment of additional fees, settlement of the current billing cycle, or any other terms the Company deems appropriate to offset the impact of the early cancellation.

During the 30-day notice period, the Client remains fully responsible for all scheduled payments and fees. Payments already made are non-refundable.
